Technical manual operator

Type: Full-time
Position: Hybrid
Experience required: Bachelor's degree or diploma with a technical focus
RAL: 30,000 to 40,000 depending on experience

• Independently manage the process of creating and writing technical manuals, operating instructions, and related documentation;

• Collaboration with team of engineers, technicians and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and produce high quality manuals;

• Workflow organization and management to ensure timely production of technical manuals, meeting quality standards and delivery targets;

• Quality control to ensure that technical documentation meets regulatory requirements and end-user needs;

• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation according to product changes, safety regulations, and industry best practices;

• Provide technical support to customers and operators regarding questions on technical documentation, proper use of reference equipment, and troubleshooting technical problems.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a technical field;

• Minimum experience in creating technical manuals;

• Good computer skills, knowledge of graphic design programs (Adobe InDesign).

• Good level of the English language;

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the engineering industry;

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible language;

• Ability to work independently and manage documentation projects;

• Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy for accurate management of technical documentation.
